LaserJet printers can be dropped off or shipped to our warehouse/workshop in Middleton, Wisconsin. We have that good ol' mid-western work ethic, and we'll do our best to make sure you're satisfied with our products and services.

Service Rates

Repairs performed at our facility are generally billed at $60 per hour plus parts. This may vary according to the repair. You may ship us your printers or drop them off at our workshop.

If we should agree to perform onsite repairs in the Madison, Wisconsin area, onsite service is billed at $60 per hour plus parts. Drive time is also billed at $60 per hour. We prefer to do all repairs in our workshop. It is much more time efficient since we have all of the parts and tools here.

Shipping Your Printer To Us

If you ship us your printer for repair, pack it very carefully with plenty of padding. Many printers arrive to us with shipping damage--we highly recommend a custom foam packaging to encase the printer. If you don't have sufficient packaging, we make custom foam packaging available for purchase (the same packaging we use to ship our own printers). When shipping a printer to us, please include a description of the problem(s) you are experiencing and include appropriate contact information.
