PrinterTechs is a fast paced printer service company. We fix and rebuild laser printers and sell printer parts to customers all over North America. Printing technology is constantly evolving which means you will always be learning something new. Our days fly by quickly because of the variety of things we do. This is a great opportunity if you like learning, speaking with customers from all over the US, have a technical mindset, and like working in a casual work environment.
After a period of training, duties will include answering emails and phone calls, processing orders, and other customer service tasks. You’ll also have hands-on work with printers, testing printer parts, and helping with shipping and receiving.
Experience in the printer industry helpful but NOT required. We need someone who is highly organized and has a great attention to detail.
You must have a strong curiosity and desire to learn.
