This maintenance kit is designed for the HP LaserJet 1320, 1320N, 1320NW, 1320T, 1320TN, 1160, and 1160LE

What's included.

NOTE: We recommend replacing the transfer roller ONLY when absolutely necessary. The black retaining clip which holds the transfer roller in place is not replaceable if it is broken or lost. You will have to buy a new printer if the clip is lost since it is not available from HP or any other source. If you still need the transfer roller please call us and we can add it to your order 866-352-7108.

Warranty
6 month warranty (we don't know of a better maintenance kit warranty).

Returns: If this kit is returned for refund, a $50 restocking fee will be charged (the re-testing/restocking process for this model fuser is quite lengthy and involved).

Installation instructions.
Installations instructions will be included in the box. **Please note that installing the LaserJet 1320/1160 maintenance kit is considered an advanced maintenance procedure--it is ideal for users who are already very comfortable with assembly/disassembly of parts. Allow 1-2 hours for installation.

Purchasing Information (Please Read):

The following maintenance kit is sold on exchange. By purchasing a maintenance kit with a fuser exchange you are agreeing to send us your old fuser within 30 days of purchase. If we do not receive your defective fuser within 30 days we will contact you at the email or phone number given with the order. If the fuser core is not received within 45 days a $60 core charge will be issued to your credit card. Please send your defective fuser back in the box we sent along with the the included return authorization sheet. Return shipping charges are your responsibility. The shipping address and return instructions are included in the box.
