Pictured on the right are just some of the parts that get replaced when rebuilding a LaserJet 9000 fuser. Many companies don't bother replacing the bearings (two sets), bushings, gears, and lower pressure roller. Ultimately this will compromise the performance and longevity of the fuser.
At the heart of the fuser is the upper fuser roller. Our HP LaserJet 9000/9050 fusers are built with an extra long life upper fuser roller that exceeds HP specs. (pictured below) |

Many companies LaserJet 9000 fusers won’t make it to the maintenance interval because low quality upper fuser rollers are used. Our rollers have been tested to twice the maintenance interval, over 600,000 pages.

- Our upper fuser roller uses an uninterrupted micro-sleeved silicone coating. This has an advantage over Hewlett Packard’s roller in that it doesn’t have a seam in the coating that can catch once the coating starts to wear.
- Our upper fuser roller has exceptional release characteristics (toner doesn’t stick to the roller). This means more toner bonds to the paper, less toner dust is left inside your printer, and fewer print defects.

HP 9000/9050 Standard Maintenance kit:
HP 9000/9050 Extended Maintenance kits: The only difference between our extended kit and standard kit is the additional rollers for the manual feed tray (tray 1). The manual feed tray is an optional accessory on the LaserJet 9000/9050.
By purchasing a maintenance kit with a fuser exchange you are agreeing to send us your old fuser within 30 days of purchase. If we do not receive your defective fuser within 30 days we will contact you at the email or phone number given with the order. If the fuser core is not received within 45 days an $90 core charge will be issued to your credit card. Please send your defective fuser back in the box we sent along with the the included return authorization sheet. Return shipping charges are your responsibility. The shipping address and return instructions are included in the box. |
