PrinterTechs has made two major improvements to the HP Laserjet 4200 printers

Upgrade 1: Metal sleeved fuser - PrinterTechs is the only company to offer a tear resistant metal fixing film (sleeve) in our Laserjet 4200's. For those who don't know, the 4200 is notorious for shredding its fuser sleeve. Most of the printer industry has resigned to accepting the higher failure rates but we invested the time and money to develop a robust and definitive solution.
Upgrade 2: swing plate assembly - All laserjet 4200 series printers from PrinterTechs have been upgraded with our exclusive metal swing plate gear.

This is a major improvement over HP's design. We've developed a solid brass gear and bearing to replace the cheap plastic gear (pictured on the left). The black plastic gear from HP has been known to wear out in under 100,000 pages. |
