It's finally here! PrinterTechs is proud to introduce an industry first HP LaserJet 4200 printer with a tear resistant metal fixing film in the fusing assembly. For those who don't know, the LaserJet 4200 fuser is notorious for shredding its fixing film (see picture above). Until now we recommended customers stay away from the LaserJet 4200. Most of the printer industry has resigned to accepting the higher failure rate but we invested the time and money to research a robust and definitive solution. Our upgrade has the additional benefit of eliminating the grayscale tracking found in new LaserJet 4200 printers.
These fusers are also available in our LaserJet 4200 maintenance kit.

our refurbished laser printers. Remember, we're printer technicians,
not fast-talking sales people. Many companies sell what they claim
are “refurbished” printers, or they don’t tell you anything
about the condition of the printer. You'll never know what you're getting!

BE CAREFUL! |
We see it all the time; companies try to make a quick buck selling used
printers as refurbished printers. They clean the printer’s exterior,
run a few test pages, and ship it to the unsuspecting customer. These printers
have never been inspected by a competent technician and vital components
have never been replaced. The result is a printer that runs poorly and fails
prematurely. This is not the way we operate! |
