We are still able to obtain Genuine HP rollers for these duplexers. Most companies really don't refurbish duplexers, they just clean them up a bit without replacing rollers which are hard to find. We currently have a very limited supply of Laserjet 8100/8150 duplexers so we are ONLY selling them on exchange, meaning you must return your old duplexer (core) to us within 30 days. Duplexer cores not returned within 30 days will result in a $60 core charge to your credit card. Another option is to send us your duplexer for refurbishing. The price is the same for purchasing a duplexer on exchange or having us refurbish your duplexer. Call or email us if you have questions.
