Turn the power off and unplug the printer. The fuser can be hot; wait 20 minutes for the printer to cool.
Open the top cover. The fuser assembly has two purple handles (circled in red below); hold those two handles as you pull and remove the fuser.
Install the new fuser in the same manner; make sure it is seated well, and then close the lid.
If you purchased this maintenance kit with a fuser exchange, be sure to put your old fuser in the box we sent and mail it back to us.
