For the HP Color LaserJet 4700 series printers , there is no menu option or manual reset for the fuser page count.
However, our PrinterTechs remanufactured fusers, as well as new HP fusers, are able to automatically reset the fuser page count when installed.
Our fusers include a tiny "fusable link" that "burns itself out" during the 1st power-on. Basically all you must do is install a replacement fuser from us, then turn on your printer, and the power-on process will automatically reset the page count for you.
To ensure this process works correctly, double-check that your printer's power is off before you install the new fuser.
