HP LaserJet 4345 cassette pickup, feed, and separation roller installation instructions

Installing the cassette pickup , feed , and separation rollers.

Pull the trays out of the printer and look up into the printer. Look for a cluster of two rollers: one feed roller (blue tabs) and one white pickup roller.  See picture of those 2 rollers below.  Simply pinch the retaining tab inside the circular rim of each roller, and slide each roller out towards you to remove it.

Push the new replacement rollers in place on the metal shafts.

Next, open up the side access door for each paper cassette and locate the separation roller. Pinch the tab on the roller and slide the roller out. Replace with a new roller.

Repeat the process for any other trays you have installed.
